Benjamin Bekkerman, Associate
Benjamin graduated (with honors) the Combined Excellence Program of Law and Business Administration from the Hebrew University Law Faculty. During his studies Benjamin served, among others, as a member of the Editorial Board of "Mishpatim", the Hebrew University Law Review, and as a research and teaching assistant at the Hebrew University Law Faculty.
Prior to joining the firm, Benjamin served as a legal clerk for the Honorable Justice Edna Arbel at the Supreme Court of Israel.
Benjamin provides ongoing legal advice to private and governmental corporations, through different stages of development, in corporate, commercial and financing matters with specific expertise in Corporate Law, International Commerce, Liquidation Procedures, Internet Law and Tender Law.
Additionally, Benjamin provides services of complex Civil & Commercial litigation, with specific expertise in Corporate Law, Bankruptcy, Intellectual Property and International Law.
